Airline Front Desk is an independent travel service provider. Our travel agents help customers search for and book flights, and assist with changes, cancellations and travel questions, mainly by phone.

No. We are not an airline and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting on behalf of any airline. If you would prefer to contact an airline directly, you can do so through that airline's official website or customer service channels.

When you call 877-360-4334, you'll speak with a member of our own team — not an airline representative. Our agents can search available flights, explain options and complete bookings on your behalf with your approval.

Airfares change frequently and depend on travel dates, routes, seat availability and fare rules. Rather than display prices that may be out of date, we check currently available options for your specific trip when you call or enquire, and give you the full price before you book.

No. Asking questions or requesting options doesn't commit you to anything. A booking is made only after you've reviewed and approved the itinerary and total price.

We'll need each traveler's full name exactly as it appears on their government-issued ID or passport, date of birth, and contact details, along with your travel dates and route. For international trips, please make sure your passport and any required visas or travel authorizations are valid for your journey.

Once your booking is complete, a confirmation with your itinerary details is sent to the email address you provide. Please review it carefully and contact us straight away if anything looks incorrect.

Yes. We can help coordinate travel for families and groups. For larger groups, contact us as early as possible so we can discuss the options available for your dates.

A service fee may apply when we book, change or otherwise assist with a reservation. The amount depends on the type of service and is always disclosed to you, along with the airfare, taxes and airline charges, before you agree to pay.

Fares are not guaranteed until a ticket has been issued. Seat availability and prices can change quickly, so a price quoted on the phone may change if the booking isn't completed straight away. We'll always confirm the final total with you before payment.

We take the security of your information seriously and handle payment details only for the purpose of completing your booking. Please do not send card details by email or through our website contact forms.

That depends on the fare rules of your ticket. Some fares allow changes with or without an airline fee plus any fare difference; others can't be changed. Contact us and we'll explain what's possible before anything is changed.

Refunds depend on the type of ticket you purchased and the airline's rules. Some tickets are refundable, some may provide a travel credit, and some are non-refundable. If the airline cancels or significantly changes your flight, you may be entitled to a refund under the airline's policies and applicable U.S. Department of Transportation rules. Airlines sometimes change flight times or routings. If this affects a booking made through us, we'll do our best to let you know and help you understand the options the airline offers.
