Terms & Conditions
The terms that apply when you use our website and travel assistance services.
Last updated: October 15, 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Airline Front Desk website and the travel assistance services we provide by phone, email or online (together, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Who We Are
Airline Front Desk is an independent travel service provider. We act as an intermediary between you and airlines or other travel suppliers. We are not an airline, we do not operate flights, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting on behalf of any airline. Calling our phone number connects you with our own agents, not with an airline.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to make a booking. If you book on behalf of other travelers, you confirm that you are authorized to do so and to accept these Terms on their behalf.
3. Quotes, Availability and Bookings
- Our website does not display live fares or availability. Any fare or itinerary discussed with you is subject to availability at the time of booking.
- Fares are not guaranteed until payment is processed and a ticket is issued. Prices may change before ticketing.
- A booking is made only after you review and approve the itinerary and total price.
- You are responsible for checking your confirmation and telling us immediately of any errors.
4. Prices, Service Fees and Payment
The total price of a booking may include the airfare, taxes, government fees, airline-imposed charges and our service fee. Our service fee is charged for the assistance we provide and is disclosed to you before you agree to pay. Airline charges and our service fee may appear as separate transactions on your card statement. By authorizing payment, you agree to the total price disclosed to you.
5. Airline Rules
Every ticket is subject to the airline's conditions of carriage and fare rules, including rules on changes, cancellations, refunds, baggage, seating, check-in and boarding. The airline — not Airline Front Desk — is responsible for operating your flight and for decisions about schedule changes, cancellations, delays, overbooking and denied boarding.
6. Changes and Cancellations
Changes and cancellations are governed by the airline's fare rules and our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Airline fees, fare differences and our service fee may apply and will be explained before any change is made.
7. Traveler Responsibilities
- Provide accurate traveler names (matching government-issued ID or passport), dates of birth and contact details.
- Hold valid passports, visas, travel authorizations and health documents required for your journey. Entry requirements are set by governments and can change; please check official sources before you travel.
- Reconfirm flight times with the airline before departure, and arrive at the airport in good time for check-in and security.
8. Use of the Website
You agree not to misuse the website, including by attempting to interfere with its operation, submitting false information, or using automated means to access it. Information on the website is general in nature and may change without notice.
9. Intellectual Property
The website content, design and branding of Airline Front Desk are owned by us or our licensors. Airline names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and any reference to them is for identification purposes only.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Airline Front Desk is not liable for acts, errors, omissions, delays, cancellations or schedule changes of airlines or other suppliers, or for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the service fees you paid to us for the booking concerned. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Airline Front Desk from claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your provision of inaccurate information.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Airline Front Desk is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your booking applies to that booking.
